NIXXIT Contest Official Rules
Sponsor. The NIXXIT Contest is sponsored by AMZsessions, Inc., doing business as NIXXIT.
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of NIXXIT and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
How to Enter. Submit your name, email address, order number, before photo, and after photo through the NIXXIT Enter to Win page. Entrants may optionally share their nail biting story, including tips, tricks, routines, challenges, or lessons learned. Completion of the full 21-Day Challenge is not required.
Prizes. Each month, NIXXIT will select two winners. Each winner will receive one $50 Amazon Gift Card. Amazon is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this contest.
How Winners Are Selected. This is a judged contest. Winners are not selected at random. Eligible submissions will be evaluated based on progress and transformation (50%), personal story (30%), and helpfulness and inspiration (20%). In the event of a tie, the entry receiving the higher score for progress and transformation will be selected. Decisions of NIXXIT and its designated judges are final.
Entry Eligibility Period. Each eligible submission remains under consideration for four monthly judging periods, beginning with the month in which the entry is submitted. If not selected during the first judging period, the entry remains eligible for the next three monthly judging periods. Each entry may win only once.
Winner Notification and Prize Delivery. Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry and must respond within seven days. NIXXIT may request additional information necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. If a potential winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, NIXXIT may select the next highest-rated eligible entry. Once confirmed, NIXXIT will arrange delivery of the $50 Amazon Gift Card.
Use of Photos and Stories. By entering and providing consent, entrants grant NIXXIT permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, and share submitted before and after photos and any submitted story, tips, or other content for NIXXIT marketing and promotional purposes, including websites, social media, email, advertisements, and other promotional materials, without additional compensation. Entrants represent that they have the right to submit the content and grant these permissions.
Privacy. Personal information collected through the entry form may be used to administer the contest, verify entries, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes, subject to NIXXIT's Privacy Policy.
General Conditions. NIXXIT reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, inappropriate, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules. NIXXIT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the contest from operating as intended, subject to applicable law. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of NIXXIT and its designated judges.
