At NIXXIT, we work to process and ship your orders quickly and reliably.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, when available

These are estimated transit times and do not include order processing. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

NIXXIT offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase.

Expedited shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

International shipping rates, where available, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at info@nixxit.com so we can assist.

If USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, surrounding property, and with household members or neighbors.

If the package cannot be located, you must initiate a missing mail or delivery investigation with USPS.
